You'll leave our classes positively and calmly prepared for the arrival of your baby and beyond journey-whichever path it takes- in both mind and body.
 
You'll get all the latest evidence based research, plenty of parenting insights and practical preparation to support you in your all important transition into parenthood - all openly discussed with you in an honest, safe and unbiased forum.
To mix it up we keep it interactive (note no cringe inducing role play) and throw in a good dose of humour!
We will also have a supply of delicious refreshments and time to ask questions at each session

Labour and birth 2hrs
 
Session 2:
Labour and birth - 2hrs
 
Session 3:
Early hours and days - 2 hrs
 
Session 4:
Feeding/taking baby home - 2 hrs
